A lot of fans live paycheck to paycheck, and while they want to support you … they just can’t. But just because they can’t afford it at the moment, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to include them.

Whether a fan is on a free trial, or has been a paid member – if they go to cancel their membership, you have the opportunity to keep them engaged!
You can create a video and description to show fans how much you care and want them to stay, but you can also offer a free extension to a paid tier.
Use this flow to ask fans if the only reason they are cancelling is because money is tight, that they can stay subscribed for FREE! Or if they are not enjoying the experience and just want to unsubscribe, that is totally fine too!
With Grouped, the goal is not to force fans to do anything or constantly be selling to your real fans. The goal is to offer ways for fans to support you – and if they can’t afford a subscription, they may still want to be a part of your Group and this simple offer can turn them into a super fan for life!
